Sterling Silver Returns

Eligible sterling silver pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, your piece must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, with all original packaging & accompanying materials.

Beginning a Return

All returns must be authorized by Winged Ones® before shipment.

Please contact sales@winged-ones.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Please do not send jewelry back before receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the value of Winged Ones® jewelry, we strongly recommend using a trackable & appropriately insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the returned piece until it is safely received by Winged Ones®.

If a return is required because your piece arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Winged Ones® will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Commissioned 14K Gold Creations

Each Winged Ones® 14K gold creation is individually made to order. Rather than being held as finished inventory, your order initiates the creation of your piece and the commitment of its precious materials.

Commissioned 14K gold orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided craftsmanship has not yet commenced.

Once precious materials have been committed and craftsmanship has begun, commissioned 14K gold creations are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind.

Our commitment to craftsmanship always remains. If your 14K gold creation arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact sales@winged-ones.com promptly. Our team will personally work with you to make it right.

The Winged Ones® Activation Blessing Ceremony

Following the arrival of your 14K gold creation, you will receive a personal Winged Ones® Activation Blessing Ceremony with Parashakti, honoring the piece, its intention & its journey with you.

Bespoke & Co-Created Pieces

Pieces individually designed and co-created with Parashakti through our private bespoke design process are created exclusively for you and are therefore final sale.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like another design or size, an eligible sterling silver piece may be returned in accordance with this policy and a new order may be placed.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received, it will undergo a quality review to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

Once approved, the eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error by Winged Ones®.

International Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law provides additional cancellation, return, refund or remedy rights, those statutory rights will be honored.
