Winged Ones is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping or after the product leaves its shipping origin. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for lost packages or items damaged during shipping. If the delivery partner (in this case, typically UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL) has provided proof of delivery to shipping destination/customer's address, but customer reports they have not received the parcel, Winged Ones is not responsible for replacing, locating, or refunding the purchase.
Instead, Winged Ones will put the customer in touch with the delivery partner, at which point the customer may initiate a claim to locate the missing package.
