Be Meditation - Metzoke Dragot

Meditation and fun retreat in the heart of the desert

An experiential, empowering and meaningful weekend, combining getting to know and practicing the world of meditation and living out of presence and awareness along with a lot of fun!

Dancing, a meditative walk in nature, Kabbalat Shabbat with live music, a cocoa ceremony and ecstatic dance, yoga, shared meals, free time and a lot of relaxation. And this time we will emphasize the celebration of life, which is health for body and mind 🙂, the event is suitable for everyone.

In an intimate group of friends on the road, we will meet in a magical, supportive and relaxing place - the cliffs of Dragot - between the Dead Sea and the desert. Together we will delve into the world of Osho's active meditations, which incorporate movement that works on our body-mind. These meditations are relatively easy to practice at the beginning and are like a bridge between our chaotic mind in modern society, and the inner peace we seek.

We will go through a process of awareness, connection and renewal with the help of movement, breathing and silence and also celebrate life with a lot of joy and dancing, spectacular desert nature and good people. An opportunity to experience and create a healing inner change in your life in a light, deep, and fun way.
