Yes. Winged Ones® creations are designed to move with you through everyday life and intentional moments.
Each can be worn according to your own style, expression and relationship with the piece.
Can I layer multiple Winged Ones® pieces?
Absolutely.
Winged Ones® creations are designed to relate beautifully with one another. Pieces of different lengths and sizes can be layered to create your own composition, reflecting your individual expression.
How do I determine the right size or length?
Necklace lengths and ring sizes are listed on each product page and in our Size Guide.
Please refer to those measurements when selecting your piece.
Materials and Craftsmanship
What materials are Winged Ones® creations made from?
Our core collection is crafted in 925 sterling silver and 14K gold, complemented by a curated selection of natural gemstones and select artisan-created stones.
Every material is selected for its beauty, character and relationship to the design.
Does Winged Ones® use artisan-created stones?
Yes. Select creations feature artisan-created stones, including Opalite and certain Blue Opal selections.
We choose every stone intentionally for its luminosity, character, consistency and relationship to the design. Each product page identifies the stone featured in that particular creation.
What is the difference between the sterling silver and 14K gold collections?
Our sterling silver collection offers the symbolism and craftsmanship of Winged Ones® in creations designed to be worn and lived with.
Our 14K gold creations are individually commissioned and brought into creation specifically for you. Each is accompanied by a private blessing before its journey and a personal Winged Ones® Activation Blessing with Parashakti following its arrival.
Is Winged Ones® jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Our core jewelry is crafted in 925 sterling silver and 14K gold, precious metals widely used in fine jewelry.
Individual sensitivities vary, so we recommend reviewing the materials listed for each creation before purchasing.
Your Order
What is included with my Winged Ones® purchase?
Every Winged Ones® creation is presented as an experience.
Your order arrives in our Winged Ones® presentation packaging with its accompanying materials and access to the experiences or offerings associated with the creation you selected.
Where a piece includes additional experiences such as The East Gate, The Guidepost or an Activation Blessing, those inclusions will be identified with the individual creation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order begins its journey to you, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Commissioned and bespoke creations require additional craftsmanship time before shipment. The anticipated timeline will be communicated with you as part of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards and supported digital payment options.
Where installment payment options are available, they will also appear at checkout.
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Winged Ones® ships worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact sales@winged-ones.com promptly.
The matter will be reviewed with the shipping carrier and the appropriate next steps arranged. Photographs, original packaging or additional information may be requested.
What is the return policy for sterling silver pieces?
Eligible sterling silver pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The piece must be unworn, unaltered, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials.
All returns must be authorized by Winged Ones® before shipment.
For standard returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping service.

How do I select another design or size?
We currently facilitate a return followed by a new order.
An eligible sterling silver piece may be returned in accordance with our return policy, after which you can place a new order for your desired design or size.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an eligible return has been received, it will undergo a quality review to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, credit card company or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Care
How should I care for my Winged Ones® jewelry?
Fine jewelry evolves beautifully with thoughtful care.
Store your Winged Ones® creation in its original packaging when it is not being worn. Preserve its finish by limiting prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals, perfume, lotions and household cleaning products.
Sterling silver naturally develops oxidation over time. This is a natural characteristic of the metal and can be gently restored with an appropriate polishing cloth.
For pieces featuring stones, we recommend gentle cleaning and professional care when needed.
Commissioned 14K Gold
How are Winged Ones® 14K gold creations made?
Each 14K gold creation is individually crafted upon commission, with precious materials selected and committed specifically to your piece.
This allows every creation to receive individual attention throughout its craftsmanship.
What is the Winged Ones® Activation Blessing?
Following the arrival of your commissioned 14K gold creation, you are welcomed into a personal Winged Ones® Activation Blessing with Parashakti.
This intimate experience brings you, your piece and your intention together, honoring the beginning of your journey with the creation.
Details for scheduling will be provided following your purchase.
How long does a commissioned 14K gold creation take?
Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for creation and delivery.
Your anticipated timeline will be confirmed with your order.
What is the return policy for commissioned 14K gold creations?
Each 14K gold creation is individually commissioned, with precious materials committed specifically to your order.
Commissioned 14K gold orders include a 48-hour cancellation period, provided craftsmanship has not yet commenced.
Once precious materials have been committed and craftsmanship has begun, your creation becomes final sale.

Bespoke and Co-Created Jewelry
Can I co-create a one-of-a-kind Winged Ones® piece?
Yes.
Our private bespoke process offers the opportunity to co-create a one-of-a-kind Winged Ones® piece directly with founder and co-designer Parashakti Skye.
The journey begins with a private design consultation to explore your vision, intention, symbolism, stones and the direction of your creation.
The private design consultation is $500. If you choose to move forward with your commissioned creation, the $500 is credited toward the final price of your piece.

What determines the price of a bespoke creation?
The final investment is determined by the design, precious metal, stones, scale and complexity of the craftsmanship.
Once the direction of your piece has been established, pricing will be provided before production begins.
What is the return policy for bespoke and co-created pieces?
Bespoke and co-created pieces are designed and crafted exclusively for the individual client and are therefore final sale.
