Free Shipping

Winged Ones® offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders valuing $200 and up.

Free shipping is also offered on international orders valuing $2000 and above.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Processing & Craftsmanship

Sterling silver pieces are prepared for shipment promptly.

14K gold creations are made to order. This means your piece is individually crafted after your order is placed rather than being pulled from finished inventory. Because each creation requires dedicated craftsmanship and the commitment of precious materials specifically for your order, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for creation and delivery.

The 4–6 week timeline for 14K gold creations refers to the overall process of creating and delivering your piece, not 4–6 weeks of shipping transit.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

International Shipping

Winged Ones® ships worldwide including free standard shipping on orders valuing $2000 and above.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Your piece remains in our care throughout its journey to you.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at sales@winged-ones.com.

Our team will personally assist you and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. We will also work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim. Photographs, original packaging or additional information may be required to process a shipping claim.
