Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with The Winged Ones®. Please carefully review our wholesale terms:

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
   The MOQ is 10 pieces per design, applicable to silver and bronze finishes only. You may choose various gemstone types as long as the design remains the same. MOQs are subject to change based on price, product, and availability. We reserve the right to adjust this at any time.
   
   
2. Payment Terms:
• All wholesale orders require full payment upfront. We do not accept deposits or partial payments.
• All payments are accepted via credit card, wire transfer, Zelle, or PayPal. No checks are accepted.
  
  
3. Shipping & Insurance:
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order size. Additional insurance is highly recommended for your protection.
• The Winged Ones® is not liable for lost or damaged goods if the customer chooses not to purchase additional insurance.
  
  
4. Lead Time & Order Fulfillment:
• Our lead time is typically 6-8 weeks from the confirmation of payment, but this may vary based on production schedules and product availability.
• Rush orders may be possible upon request, but additional fees will apply.
  
  
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations:
• Order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after this time frame.
  
  
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
• Due to the nature of our handcrafted luxury jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for wholesale purchases.
  
  
7. Damaged Goods:
• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
• If you receive damaged items, please notify us within 3 business days with photo evidence, and we will assist with a claim if insurance was purchased.
  
  
8. Agreement:
   By placing a wholesale order with The Winged Ones®, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
